Junior Automation Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.• Lead process discovery and solution design sessions with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.• Architect reusable components and libraries to accelerate development and enforce coding standards.• Integrate automation bots with enterprise systems, including APIs, databases, and ERP/CRM platforms.• Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring frameworks to ensure production stability.• Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 2-4 years of experience.• 2+ years of hands-on RPA development experience, with a significant portion specifically in UiPath.• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and robot deployment/administration.• Solid understanding of .NET, VB.NET or C#, and object-oriented programming concepts.• Experience with SQL and relational databases.• Experience integrating automations with APIs (REST/SOAP) and enterprise applications.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($69,550 - $125,725) plus potential for bonuses.• Opportunity to work on mission-critical systems for national security.• Professional development and training in cutting-edge automation technologies.• Comprehensive benefits package including health, wellness, and retirement programs.Apply via Haystack today!
