Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Provide general administrative support to brokers and staff
Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls
Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reporting
Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, materials, etc.)
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with property management as needed
Be the go-to person who keeps daily operations seamless and efficient
Create a welcoming, professional experience for clients and visitors
Own office organization, supplies, inventory and vendor coordination
Help drive a polished, high-energy office environment
Event Coordination
Plan and execute company events, including client appreciation events, broker meetings, conferences, and team gatherings
Manage event logistics: venue selection, catering, invitations, registrations, and on-site coordination
Work with internal teams to develop event timelines and budgets
Coordinate marketing materials and branding for events
Track RSVPs and manage guest communications as well as budget
Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up

Qualifications
2+ years of administrative, office support, or event planning experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with event planning tools or CRM systems is a plus
Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
