We engage with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Category teams in a highly interactive environment. This collaboration results in innovative initiatives that improve the collector experience and promote business success.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Program Manager to support and complete a portfolio of critical initiatives across the Collectibles business. This role will work closely with senior program and business executives. It will drive execution across key priorities like assortment optimization, customer experience improvements, and new growth initiatives.This is a highly visible role requiring strong program management fundamentals, analytical thinking, and executive communication skills. You will help translate strategy into execution while ensuring programs deliver measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution and DeliverySupport execution of 1–3 low to mid complexity programs, ensuring end-to-end deliveryBuild and manage program plans, timelines, and dependencies across workstreamsTrack risks, actions, decisions, and achievements, ensuring issues are resolved or brought up appropriatelyDrive operating cadences including weekly syncs, collaborator updates, and status reportingCritical Initiative Support (Assortment and Growth-Focused Work)Partner with business leaders to complete initiatives tied to assortment optimization, pricing insights, and growth opportunitiesSupport analyses that reveal selection gaps, performance trends, and chances to improve category outcomesAssist in test-and-learn initiatives, helping operationalize pilots and track resultsContribute to framing business problems, hypotheses, and success metrics tied to program goalsData-Informed Insights and Business OutcomesTrack and monitor program benchmarks and business metrics, ensuring alignment to goalsPartner with Analytics to build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking toolsConvert data into understandable insights and proposals to advance performance and outcomesHelp surface risks and opportunities through ongoing performance analysisCross-Functional Leadership and AlignmentCollaborate with Business, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Operations teamsEstablish clear roles, responsibilities (RACI), and communication plansEnsure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables across collaboratorsNavigate cross-functional nuances and adapt communication styles to drive alignmentExecutive Communication and InfluenceCreate executive-ready presentations, arguments, and readouts that clearly communicate insights and recommendationsAssist in providing weekly and monthly business reviews and program updates to senior leadershipTranslate complex data and program details into clear, concise narratives tailored for executive audiencesBuild trust with collaborators through structured, transparent communicationOperational ExcellenceDevelop and improve program management frameworks, documentation, and processesDrive consistency in tracking, reporting, and execution standardsFind opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-team effectivenessDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesRun program standups and cross-functional syncs to track execution and unblock teamsMaintain detailed program trackers including timelines, risks, dependencies, and decisionsBuild and refine presentations and executive updatesPartner with collaborators to clarify requirements and align on prioritiesAnalyze performance data and translate it into actionable insightsSupport planning cycles including roadmapping, prioritization, and resource alignmentIdentify and advance risks, gaps, and trade-offs with proposed solutionsWhat You Will BringRequired Qualifications5-8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or consultingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to connect data to business outcomesExperience supporting cross-functional initiatives with multiple collaboratorsProven ability to build presentations and communicate effectively with senior leadershipStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceCore Skills and CompetenciesExecution Excellence: Delivers programs with structure, rigor, and attention to detailData-Driven Thinking: Uses metrics and insights to guide decisions and improve outcomesCollaborator Management: Builds alignment across cross-functional teamsBusiness Insight: Understands how programs impact category performance and customer experienceCommunication: Crafts clear, compelling narratives for both working teams and executive audiencesCollaboration: Strong great teammate who contributes beyond immediate scopePreferred QualificationsExperience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or collectibles categoriesExposure to assortment strategy, pricing analysis, or category performance metricsExperience supporting test-and-learn or pilot-based initiativesThe Impact You Will MakeManage the progression of critical initiatives aimed at elevating the collector experience and boosting business performanceProvide insights based on data and organized program coordination to aid decision-makingHelp translate strategic priorities into actionable, scalable programsGain exposure to senior leadership and category strategy, preparing you for future growthAdditional DetailsThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:$86,800 - $150,100Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
