Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions, and apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges that span multiple technologies and applications.Job responsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of agentic applications using LLMsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable and resilient applicationsEnsure strong observability and monitoring of applications to maintain high performance and reliabilityDeploy applications on AWS, ensuring optimal configuration and securityMentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellenceDrive continuous improvement in development processes and practicesEngage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needsConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standardsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerStay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovationContribute to the strategic direction of the Self-Service Enablement teamRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experienceHands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityProficient programming skills in at least one language such as Java or PythonIn-depth knowledge of agentic applications using LLMsExperience in deploying applications on AWSProven track record in building and designing scalable, resilient applications with strong observabilityStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5 plus years of experience in software development and leadership rolesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExposure to Agentic frameworks such as (Langchain, Langgraph, RASA, Parlant, Decagon, etc.)Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovationFamiliarity with modern development practices and toolsAbility to adapt to changing technologies and business needsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience in mentoring and developing junior engineersKnowledge of cloud security best practicesAbout UsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
