This pivotal role requires a leader with proven executive experience in a large, complex, multi-campus or multi-college higher education system, a strong commitment to student success and equity, and a record of advancing measurable outcomes in access, retention, and completion. The Chancellor will be expected to modernize systems, integrate new technologies, and foster a culture of innovation to meet the evolving educational and community needs.Applicants for the Chancellor position at the company should have a terminal degree and a background that includes successful leadership as a college president or chancellor. The role demands a leader with strong financial and operational expertise, the ability to manage large public budgets, and a commitment to improving organizational efficiency. Experience in fundraising, working with boards of trustees, and navigating political and regulatory environments is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local community and workforce, a commitment to shared governance, and a track record of building partnerships that enhance program relevance and regional impact.
