IEI is built on a foundation of quality, skill, and trusted partnerships. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Clerk located in Memphis, TN. The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage and process invoices, support accounting entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in financial records. Additional responsibilities include maintaining vendor records, assisting with timely payments, and collaborating with internal teams to address inquiries or discrepancies related to accounts payable. Qualifications Proficiency in Finance, Accounting, and Invoicing processesExperience with Accounting Software and toolsStrong Communication skills for collaborating with vendors and team membersDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsKnowledge of accounts payable best practices and regulationsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus
