Compensation Analyst
DescriptionWe are looking for a Compensation Analyst with strong technical fundamentals and the drive to take on scope that goes well beyond a typical analyst role. This position sits within the Total Rewards function, reporting directly to the Total Rewards Director. You will own our annual survey participation, lead job matching and market pricing, operationalize outputs in Workday Advanced Compensation, and serve as a day-to-day compensation resource for HR Business Partners.
