MRE Ridercoach
Iowa Central is looking for a Motorcycle Safety adjunct instructor to provide training and on-the-road instruction.
Fueling provided motorcycles.
Conducting pre -use inspections. Correct any issues that arise from inspections.
Assisting with setting range exercises and riding demonstrations according to MSF and DOT standards.
May include sweeping lot to prepare for class.
Determine completion of the required online 5 hours class, verify certificates of completion
Demonstrating and conducting range exercises as outlined in the MSF curriculum.
Conducting classroom along with range and riding sessions.
Evaluate and test students.
Ensure safety of students and others participating in the class.
Ensure the appropriate protective clothing and helmets are worn by the students.
Check student forms for completeness and accuracy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Motorcycle endorsement.
Successful completion of the MSF's BRC course.
Successful completion of the Rider Coach Prep (RCP) course.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication skills or teaching experience.
Work with populations having diverse values and/or coming from varied cultures and backgrounds.
