This role partners closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Production teams to ensure fastening tools and manufacturing equipment remain fully operational and production-ready. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the flexibility to support changing production demands in a fast-paced operation.Job Duties:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic tools, electric DC tools, and manufacturing equipment using blueprints, repair manuals, and technical documentationPerform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtimeMaintain and organize inventory of production tools, backup tools, and repair station equipmentAdjust and calibrate torque settings on pneumatic and DC tools during product changeoversSupport Manufacturing Engineering with new product launches, tooling requirements, and engineering testsAssist with installation, removal, calibration, and qualification of manufacturing equipmentConduct torque studies and collect data to support troubleshooting and process improvementsParticipate in root cause analysis and corrective action activitiesMaintain accurate maintenance logs, repair documentation, and equipment recordsUtilize hand tools, power tools, precision measuring devices, and electronic testing equipmentSupport continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operationsWork collaboratively with engineering, technicians, and production teams to improve equipment performance and efficiencyQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required3+ years of maintenance, manufacturing, or equipment repair experience preferredExperience troubleshooting pneumatic tools and electric DC drivers strongly preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, repair manuals, and engineering drawingsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with preventative maintenance programs and manufacturing equipmentBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational, communication, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentFlexibility to support off-shifts, weekends, and production needs as requiredExperience with torque tools, calibration equipment, and fastening systemsKnowledge of root cause analysis and process improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with automated manufacturing equipment and assembly operationsAbility to train or support other technicians as experience growsQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.#Pro1
