Process Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Process Engineers/Package Owners with a strong background in synthetic and chemical API processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in project engineering and will play a critical role in supporting project design through to procurement.Key Responsibilities:Support project design and provide technical leadership throughout procurement phases.Act as a package owner for main equipment, including reactors, filter dryers, crystallization, and milling technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective process development and implementation.Review, specify, and optimize process equipment and technology for API manufacturing.Coordinate and oversee vendor selection, technical reviews, and equipment procurement.Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and qualification phases.Participate in site visits and work closely with stakeholders at various global locations as required.Requirements:Strong experience in synthetic and chemical API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) process engineering.Proven track record in project engineering within the pharmaceutical/chemical industry.Hands-on knowledge of reactors, filter dryers, crystallization equipment, and milling technologies.Ability to manage package ownership from design through procurement.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to travel worldwide for short- or medium-term assignments as project needs arise.Additional Information: Remote work from Europe is acceptable. Candidates must be prepared to travel internationally based on project requirements.
