Corporate Travel Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Corporate Travel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to the travel agent team to optimize performance
Monitor quality, expense management, and productivity to enhance operational efficiency
Support client satisfaction by acting as the primary contact for operational inquiries and ensuring program success
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the travel industry
At least 2 years in a supervisory role; experience may substitute for education
Proficient in designated GDS and strong knowledge of international travel
Ability to identify root causes and create process improvements
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
