Sales Director – AeroAg Drone ServicesWe are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Director to help grow our agricultural drone business specializing in drone mapping and drone spraying services. This is an opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, developing markets, and creating a high-performing sales organization.Position Type: Commission-BasedBenefits: 401(k) (More to come)Location: Central South Dakota preferred but not required / Travel RequiredAbout the RoleAs Sales Director, you will lead sales growth efforts for our expanding drone operations. You will have the flexibility and autonomy to develop sales strategies, establish customer relationships, and build your own sales team as the business grows. Responsibilities:Generate and manage new business opportunities for agricultural drone mapping and spraying servicesBuild relationships with farmers, ranchers, ag retailers, and agricultural businessesDevelop and execute sales strategies to increase market reachManage and mentor sales representativesTravel to customer locations, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunitiesMaintain a strong understanding of industry trends and customer needsQualifications:Sales leadership experience preferredAgricultural background strongly preferredDrone industry experience or knowledge preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindsetAbility and willingness to travel as neededExperience building and managing teams is a plusCompensation & Benefits:Commission-based compensation with significant earning potential401(k) benefitsFlexibility and independence in developing your sales organizationOpportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding drone business
