Dental Hygienist
Dental Hygienist Opportunity Are you a newly graduated dental hygienist ready to launch your career in a warm, patient-centered practice? We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team on a Monday–Thursday schedule — giving you a 3-day weekend, every week! We are a small private practice with a team of seven, with one doctor, two assistants, two hygienists, and two front desk. Our office is equipped with Dentrix, Dexis, allowing our team to deliver modern, efficient, and high-quality care to every patient. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $47 – $50 per hour Schedule: Monday – Thursday (enjoy every Friday off!) Our office is built on a foundation of: Patient-centered care — every decision starts with what's best for the patient A friendly, positive atmosphere — you'll genuinely enjoy coming to work Work-life balance — we respect your time inside and outside the office Responsibilities In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional preventative and periodontal care, including: Performing routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments Taking and interpreting radiographs Providing thorough patient education on oral hygiene and home care Collaborating on treatment planning tailored to each patient's needs Delivering periodontal maintenance and preventative treatments Requirements Required: Active RDH license (or eligibility to obtain licensure upon graduation) BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) Valid dental radiography (X-ray) certification A genuine passion for patient care and oral health education Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Preferred: Eagerness to grow professionally in a supportive environment Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
