We honor each other, our community, our country, and our customers through exceptional services as their front-line defenders.Position Description: Technical Instructor - Contingent Pipeline Opportunity - We're building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.Location: Doral, FLResponsibilities:Deliver hands on technical training in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT methodologiesDevelop and maintain instructional content using tools such as Jupyter Notebooks and API integrationsTeach structured data layer development, metadata management, and data cataloging standardsCreate practical exercises that simulate real world data processing, analysis, and visualization tasksProvide instruction on dashboard analytics and geospatial tools such as ArcGISIncorporate secure data environment practices, including RBAC and access control concepts, into training contentAdapt course material based on Government priorities and mission needsCoordinate with the Training Coordinator to align content with overall training strategyProvide post training support, documentation, and follow up guidance to studentsFacilitate instruction for both U.S. personnel and partner nation participantsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, Data Science, or related fieldOR 5 (five) years of equivalent experience in technical training or curriculum developmentExperience developing and delivering technical training to adult learnersWorking knowledge of OSINT methodologies, geospatial analysis, or intelligence tradecraftHands on experience with tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, APIs, dashboard analytics platforms, or ArcGISStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into practical instructionDesired Skills and Experience:Experience supporting DoD, Combatant Command, or intelligence environmentsExperience working with international or partner nation personnelExperience supporting interagency collaboration effortsBackground in data engineering or applied analytics in operational environmentsExperience evaluating training effectiveness and refining course materials Certifications:Required: NonePreferred: Relevant OSINT or intelligence related training certifications, instructional design or training certification such as ATD or CPTD Clearance Requirement:Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
