Overview In this role you work on MDM programs with a focus on Reltio MDM and data warehousing. You will collaborate in a global delivery setting, shaping data models, ETL design, and problem-solving across life sciences data flows. You’ll combine MDM expertise with DW/BI development to deliver complex warehouses and marts. This is a hands-on position that emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and impact on data quality and governance. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and build MDM solutions in projectsDesign and implement ETL/ELT frameworks for complex data warehouses/martsGather and analyze business requirements; document data flows and processesTroubleshoot and resolve complex data and integration problems in a hands-on roleCollaborate with global delivery teams and multiple stakeholders to deliver BI initiatives Key requirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalentAt least 4 years of experience with MDM toolsAt least 2 years of hands-on design, development and build activities in MDM projectsAt least 4 years of DW/BI development and maintenance lifecycle experienceLife sciences/pharma domain experience recommendedExperience in Unix/Linux system and shell scriptingExperience with TeradataExperience designing and implementing ETL/ELT frameworksAnalytical mindsetTeam collaboration in diverse stakeholder environmentsTroubleshooting and problem-solvingMDM toolsDimensional ModellingDW architecture
