Inside Sales SupportLocation: Las Vegas, NVDepartment: Advanced Wall SolutionsReports To: National Sales ManagerAbout the Role:Advanced Wall Solutions, a division of Miller Paneling Specialties, Inc is seeking a detail‑oriented Inside Sales Support professional to support our sales operations, customer communications, and marketing efforts. This role plays a critical part in coordinating between customers, sales leadership, warehouse operations, and procurement to ensure accurate quoting, timely order fulfillment, and excellent customer service.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and has a continuous‑improvement mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage customer quotes, sales orders (SO), purchase orders (PO), and invoicingCalculate freight costs and coordinate shipments with warehouse staffCreate pick tickets and track deliveries and shipmentsFollow up with customers on quotes, orders, and deliveriesRequest and process customer payments in coordination with Accounts ReceivableMonitor inventory levels with procurement and warehouse teamsMaintain pricing sheets by customer and regionUpdate and manage customer and sales data in HubSpotSupport sales leadership with accurate documentation and reportingAttend internal meetings as requiredMarketing & Administrative SupportMaintain marketing materials and pricing librariesSupport social media updates related to trade shows and eventsMaintain a photo library of AWS products and materialsEnsure documentation is kept current and organizedEfficiency & Team SupportManage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritiesAssist other teams during slower periodsProactively identify opportunities to improve processes and workflowsCommunicate potential conflicts in priorities to management promptlyQualifications & SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and record‑keeping abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environmentComfortable working with sales systems, pricing sheets, and CRM toolsProfessional phone and email etiquetteAbility to work collaboratively with sales, warehouse, procurement, and leadership teamsKey Success TraitsCustomer‑focused mindsetStrong interpersonal skills and professionalismTeam‑oriented with a proactive attitudeContinuous improvement mindsetReliable follow‑through and accountabilityAdditional InformationThis role requires flexibility in work hours and tasks as business needs evolveResponsibilities may change over time based on operational needsFrequent interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal leadership is requiredBenefits:401(k)401(k) 3% MatchDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
