The individual will work closely with the broader program management team to oversee and manage the execution of ASEV program. The candidate will provide leadership for multiple roles, including program integration, schedule management, alignment with technical execution, risk and opportunity management, cost estimate generation. The candidate must be comfortable working in a highly dynamic program environment and working with internal stakeholders to manage multiple priorities. The candidate will be expected to independently execute tasking under general direction. Familiarity with supply chain and subcontractor management, including hardware procurement. Demonstrated experience in working across functional organizations. Experience in capture work and cost estimate generation. Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and influence individuals outside team boundaries to accomplish wider organizational goals. Proven ability to multi-task and ability to manage multiple simultaneous program efforts. Knowledge of Digital Transformation tools and application to program performance and proposals. Demonstrated effective communication in written and oral formats.
