Role Description One Circle Logistics (USA) Corp. is seeking a full-time, on-site Import & Export Operations professional based in Huntington Beach. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day import and export operations, supporting customers with shipment inquiries, processing freight movements, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, carriers, overseas partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage import and export shipments from booking through final delivery Coordinate with airlines, ocean carriers, truckers, warehouses, and overseas agents Prepare and review shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, and freight documents Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely shipment updates Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customer requirements Troubleshoot shipment delays and resolve operational issues quickly Coordinate trade show shipments, including freight coordination, documentation, and on-site delivery logistics Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports Qualifications Knowledge and hands-on experience in import and export operations Strong customer service skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Fluency in Vietnamese (spoken and written) is required Experience coordinating trade show shipments is highly preferred Why Join OCL?
