HotFoot Recruiters is hiring Bilingual General Laborers to support construction operations on active job sites in North Phoenix. This role is ideal for candidates with construction or labor experience who are comfortable working in physically demanding environments and supporting installation teams in a fast-paced setting.Position: Bilingual General LaborLocation: North Phoenix, AZType: Full-Time | Temp-to-HirePay Range: $22.70 – $25.00/hrSchedule: Monday–Friday + OT and Saturdays as neededOpenings: 5ResponsibilitiesSupport daily construction activities through material handling, staging, and site preparationTransport and organize tools, materials, and equipment across the job sitePrepare work areas by cleaning surfaces and removing debris prior to installationAssist installers with basic tasks, including firestop materials (sealants, foam, wraps, etc.)Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with site safety standardsApply labels to completed work and assist with basic documentation as neededWork on your feet for extended periods and move throughout the job site dailyLift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs regularly (heavier items with assistance)Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing ladders or stairsUse hands and tools to handle materials, operate equipment, and complete repetitive tasksMaintain awareness of surroundings, safety signage, and instructions while working in active environmentsMaintain balance and coordination while moving materials or working in elevated or confined areasOperate effectively in physically demanding conditions with continuous movement and manual laborFollow all jobsite safety procedures and supervisor instructionsPerform general labor duties to support project progressQualifications1–2 years of construction, labor, or related field experience preferredExperience with caulking, drywall, or similar trade work is a plusFamiliarity with firestop materials (Hilti, 3M, STI) is a plusOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferredAbility to work overtime, weekends, and in outdoor environments (including heat)Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on active construction sitesPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasksReliable, safety-focused, and able to follow directions in a team environmentBilingual in Mandarin or Spanish required.
