We are currently looking for the right individuals to join our Administrative team with openings in our Front Desk, Tour Reception, and GiftingPlease read below for more information on each department. Front Desk / Tour Reception / Gifting Department:Responsible for providing customer services to guests, undertaking various administrative duties, diffusing conflict, and ensuring an enjoyable experience. Pays $16-$17/hr. Requires availability during daytime hours - weekends required. Greet and check-in guestAssist guests with; collecting payments/pre-auth payments; making reservations for entertainment, lodging; and/or planning itineraries for shows, attractions, and restaurantsResolve customer complaintsRun and prepare reports - opening and closingAnswer phonesCommunicate all pertinent and required information/reports for Management (DOS, DOM, T.O., Admin. Manager, etc.)Provide information to guests about the area, including directions and show informationWork with theater staff, and other vendors to reserve entertainment.Distribute vouchers for shows, and restaurants.Prepares count and profiles of tours for the entire dayUpdates numbers to Sales Managers as more tours are addedCommunicates with Admin Manager or Leads with unusual tours/giftsMaintains clean lobby and refreshment stations.Provides final daily breakdown numbers of tours including the type of tours, the arrived tours, no show tours and corrects data entry of these tours to Marketing and Sales at the completion of the dayOther duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Important for Members of our Administrative Team:Proficient in Excel and WordBasic computer skillsWell organizedMaintains accuracyExcellent customer service skillsAbility to communicate both written and orally.Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
