Please join us in our efforts to provide premium customer service experience and create life-long relationships with our customers and fellow team members.ResponsibilitiesOversee the parts sales process from start to finishCommunicate with customer on parts statusCommunicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other informationReviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.Pull and fill orders from stockMaintain a weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.Notifies the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-upQualificationsHave a High School Diploma or equivalentMust have experience with auto parts salesAre able to work in a fast-paced work environmentHave strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.What We OfferMedical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Paid Basic Life Insurance, 401(k) Plan, Personal Time Off, Paid Training, Employee vehicle purchase plans, Health and wellness, Saturday Lunches, Discounts on products and services.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
