New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Delaware and Maryland govt. agencies.Job DescriptionSummary of duties:The Worker will need to perform the following tasks and assignments:Overseeing design and development workEnsuring project meets the standard HHSC guidelines and procedures and developing project artifacts in accordance with Texas Project Delivery FrameworkManaging the project with feature driven Agile methodology, overseeing and tracking development progress, and ensuring project assignments and progresses align with project timelinesDeveloping and managing project plansDocumenting risks, issues, and contingency plans; ensuring resolution of issues and removal of project barriersProviding weekly status updates (written and verbal) and conducting regular project team status meetingsOverseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC processDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders.Possessing strong communication and presentation skillsPossessing strong teamwork skillsTransferring working knowledge to current staffWorker Skills and Qualifications (Required)Must possess communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organizationMust have experience in managing and coordinating business and technical teamsMust possess strong presentation skillsMust possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-taskMust possess knowledge of project management and software development methodologiesMust be able to work independentlyMust be able to work in a diverse team environmentMust be able to work collaboratively with a variety of partners and stakeholders to ensure understanding of project goals and progress.Must be able to retain knowledge of environment and systems once given instructionMust be able to work around projects and deadlines with readiness to put in extra effort when necessaryMust be able to perform related work as assignedQualifications10 years Project Management Experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations7 years of State of Texas or Similar Federal/State Project Management Experience5 years of Project Management /Systems Analyst Experience leading and managing large ERP (or similar) projects3 years of Agile (Scrum) Experience3 years of Development ExperienceAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
