Junior Data EngineerRole DescriptionAssist in designing, developing, and maintaining data infrastructure that supports business intelligence, analytics, and operational reporting. Build and optimize data pipelines to collect, process, transform, and integrate data from diverse sources while ensuring data quality, reliability, and consistency. Support the management of databases, data warehouses, and large-scale datasets to enable efficient data access and analysis. Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot data-related issues, automate workflows, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvements in data architecture and engineering practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of SQL, databases, data structures, and data processing concepts. Familiarity with programming or scripting languages, cloud technologies, and data integration tools is advantageous. Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, data modeling, and data governance principles is beneficial. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business functions. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
