Role:- Automation QA with Amazon Connect, Cyara, IVR Testing, QTest, Python/Java/JavascriptHybrid for local TX,CA, MO,NYRemote for NonlocalC2C or W2 Required Qualifications:· 8-10+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.· Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and IVR testing.· Proven expertise in Cyara for automated contact center testing.· Experience with QTest for test case and defect management.· Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.· Familiarity with API testing and CI/CD integration.· Strong analytical and communication skills.
