Program Manager – Vulnerability OperationsLocation: Bellevue, WA OR Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)Employment Type: Long-Term ContractWe are hiring Program Managers to support enterprise vulnerability management operations and drive execution across security and engineering teams.Required Skills:4+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, Security Operations Program Management, or Infrastructure Program CoordinationStrong experience managing JIRA-based workflows, issue tracking, and operational program executionProven experience coordinating with engineering, infrastructure, platform, or technical teamsStrong project / program management skills with experience driving follow-ups, issue resolution, and execution trackingExperience with reporting, dashboards, status tracking, and operational metricsStrong communication skills with experience managing Slack communications and stakeholder updatesAbility to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced enterprise environmentsGood understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, or technical infrastructure programs preferredStrong organizational, coordination, and escalation management skillsResponsibilities:Manage JIRA-based vulnerability remediation pipeline workflowsCoordinate remediation follow-ups with engineering and technical teamsTrack issue status, blockers, SLAs, and program execution metricsOwn reporting, dashboards, and operational status communicationManage stakeholder communications through Slack, meetings, and status reportingDrive program execution to ensure timely closure of remediation activitiesPartner with security and engineering teams to improve workflow efficiency
