Program Manager – Vulnerability Operations
Location: Bellevue, WA OR Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract
We are hiring Program Managers to support enterprise vulnerability management operations and drive execution across security and engineering teams.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, Security Operations Program Management, or Infrastructure Program Coordination
- Strong experience managing JIRA-based workflows, issue tracking, and operational program execution
- Proven experience coordinating with engineering, infrastructure, platform, or technical teams
- Strong project / program management skills with experience driving follow-ups, issue resolution, and execution tracking
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, status tracking, and operational metrics
- Strong communication skills with experience managing Slack communications and stakeholder updates
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced enterprise environments
- Good understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, or technical infrastructure programs preferred
- Strong organizational, coordination, and escalation management skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage JIRA-based vulnerability remediation pipeline workflows
- Coordinate remediation follow-ups with engineering and technical teams
- Track issue status, blockers, SLAs, and program execution metrics
- Own reporting, dashboards, and operational status communication
- Manage stakeholder communications through Slack, meetings, and status reporting
- Drive program execution to ensure timely closure of remediation activities
- Partner with security and engineering teams to improve workflow efficiency
