HR Director | Denver, CO Peaks Healthcare ConsultingPeaks Healthcare Consulting is the management company for a portfolio of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Kansas — approximately 700 employees across 8 facilities.We are hiring a corporate HR Director to build and own the full HR function from the ground up — policy, multi-state compliance, employee relations, vendor management, onboarding standardization, and HRIS implementation across a CMS-regulated long-term care portfolio.Requirements:Senior HR leadership experience in a multi-site environment — this role requires someone genuinely seasoned, not someone growing into itLong-term care or skilled nursing experience requiredMulti-site, multi-state HR backgroundCompensation: $120,000–$150,000 depending on experienceDirect line to executive leadership and real authority to build an HR function the right way.
