We’re a tight-knit creative agency that values craft, collaboration, and doing meaningful work for a diverse range of clients—from local businesses to larger brands.The RoleWe’re looking for a versatile Graphic & Web Designer who is equally comfortable crafting a brand identity system and building out a polished webpage. You’ll be a core member of our design team—helping shape how our clients show up online, in print, and everywhere in between.Web design is central to this role. You should be confident taking a concept from wireframe to fully realized, responsive design and ideally have some hands-on experience bringing those designs to life in the browser.About YouYou have a strong foundation in both web and graphic design—and genuinely enjoy working across both.You think about UX and user flow, not just aesthetics. You design with the end user in mind.You’re fluent in Figma and use it for everything from wireframes to polished mockups.You have a portfolio that demonstrates real web design work: landing pages, site redesigns, responsive layouts, or full site builds.You’re detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and can manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.You’re eager to grow, learn, and contribute ideas to a team that values craft and creativity.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Design (Primary Focus)Design responsive, visually compelling websites and landing pages from concept through final handoff.Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma.Collaborate with developers to ensure designs translate accurately to the browser and be able to contribute basic HTML/CSS when needed.Design and iterate on website UI components, email templates, and digital campaign assets.Apply UX best practices to improve usability, hierarchy, and conversion across web projects.Graphic DesignDevelop brand identities, logos, and visual systems for a range of clients.Design print and digital collateral: ads, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, and more.Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines.Support senior designers and collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver cohesive creative work.Workflow & CollaborationManage and organize design files in Dropbox and tasks in Asana to keep projects running smoothly.Incorporate client and team feedback clearly and efficiently, delivering revisions on time.Stay current on design trends, web standards, and emerging tools to bring fresh thinking to every project.QualificationsDegree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.A strong portfolio featuring web design work. Responsive layouts, landing pages, or full site designs are a must.Expert-level proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Working knowledge of HTML and CSS in order to communicate fluently with developers and make minor front-end tweaks.Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web accessibility basics.Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality.Nice to HaveExperience building or customizing websites in Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms.Familiarity with JavaScript basics or front-end frameworks.Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).Previous agency or design studio experience.What We OfferA creative, collaborative environment where your work genuinely matters.Mentorship from senior designers and opportunities to grow your skills in both web and brand design.Exposure to a wide variety of clients and industries—no two projects are the same.Competitive compensation based on experience.Flexible work arrangements (Binghamton, NY office or remote in NYS).Compensation$50k-$55k commensurate with skills and experience.Think You’d Make a Good Fit?
