Description: Estimator / EWP Designer Koopman Lumber CompanyFull-Time Pembroke - Potential Hybrid depending on experience About the Role Koopman Lumber is hiring an Estimator / EWP Designer to support our growing team. This role is responsible for turning plans into accurate material estimates and engineered wood layouts for residential and light commercial projects. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven position where accuracy matters. Requirements: What You Bring Experience with estimating and/or EWP design  Ability to read blueprints and construction documents  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects  Solid computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word required)  Strong communication skills with internal teams and customers Preferred Qualifications   Experience with Forte, BC Calc/Framer, iStruct, KeyBeam/KeyPlan, or similar  Background in lumber, building materials, or construction  Familiarity with IRC and local building codes  Experience with BisTrack or similar systems Compensation details: Yearly Salary PI4d2d07e0bafd-
