We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise application software.• Determine when to deviate from standard practices to achieve desired results.• Troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems that do not have defined standard operating procedures.• Perform network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling, and systems administration.• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.• Interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.What You'll Need• 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).• 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user, high-availability environment.• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience.• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.• 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).• 2+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.What's On Offer• Competitive hourly pay of $25 - $41, plus potential sign-on bonuses and stock units.• Comprehensive healthcare benefits starting on Day 1.• Matching 401(k) program and paid parental leave.• Opportunities for professional growth within a global operations support team.Apply via Haystack today!
