Hope you're doing well - I'll keep this brief.We're supporting a data-focused company on a contract hybrid Lead Software Engineer role based in Ashburn, VA. US Citizens only. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite per week. The max rate is $92/hour (C2C).We're looking for strong lead-level candidates with deep hands-on backend engineering experience.Key Requirements:8+ years of software development experience focused on Java backend development .2+ years in a technical lead roleStrong experience with Python and working within an AWS environmentSolid DevOps skills (on-prem and AWS, CI/CD pipelines)Proven experience maintaining production-ready systemsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Please ensure submitted candidates:Are US CitizensHave a strong Java backend focusHave hands-on Python + AWS experienceAre true lead-level engineersAre open to 3 days/week onsite in Ashburn, VAAre within the $92/hr max rate
