Talent Development Specialist - Learning Systems (Remote)

About the Opportunity:The Talent Development Specialist – Learning Systems is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end learning experience within Workday Learning and supporting LinkedIn Learning as part of the broader learning ecosystem. This role ensures that learning content is well-structured, governed, and delivered effectively to support employee development and enable actionable training insights. It involves close collaboration with Talent Development, HRIS, and business stakeholders to enhance learning accessibility, engagement, and reporting in a fully remote capacity.3. Responsibilities:• Manage the structure, organization, and governance of learning content within Workday Learning• Lead the consolidation and evolution of learning content and programs into Workday Learning• Build and administer courses, learning paths, programs, campaigns, assignments, and certifications• Define and enforce content standards, including taxonomy, tagging, audiences, and prerequisites• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to intake, organize, and maintain content• Support deployment of learning programs across various modalities: instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced• Oversee certification tracking and reporting to improve accuracy, compliance, and visibility• Partner with instructional designers, content creators, and vendors to maintain digital assets• Manage LinkedIn Learning access, learner experience, and related troubleshooting and reporting• Resolve issues related to learner and manager access, enrollment, completions, and navigation• Enhance adoption and engagement by improving learner accessibility and usability• Structure learning data and leverage reporting tools for accurate training insights• Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement• Serve as Workday Learning subject matter expert, training stakeholders and content owners• Implement improvements to usability, navigation, and overall learner experience• Partner with HRIS to support system capabilities and represent Talent Development needs• Promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization• Perform other duties as assigned4. Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or instructional design• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing learning experiences in Workday Learning• Experience managing and deploying learning content within an LMS at scale• Strong understanding of adult learning, UX/UI principles, and instructional design best practices• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts consultatively• Experience managing learning content lifecycle including creation, updates, and governance• Skilled in using learning data and reporting for insights and improvement• Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and learner experience• Ability to organize complex or unstructured learning environments• Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach• Proficiency with Workday Learning features such as Engagement Builder• Experience supporting or leading LMS implementations or major upgrades• Ability to create dashboards or advanced reports for learning analytics• Familiarity with content repositories or digital asset management• Experience with Workday Learning configuration beyond content management• Experience using AI and automation to enhance learning operations or user experience• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• $71,440.00 - $89,300.00 salary range6.
