Volunteer Administrative Assistant

OverviewAs the LifeWise Administrative Assistant, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will assist the Program Director with the day-to-day operations that are essential to the success of the LifeWise program.Qualifications and ExperienceTwo years of administrative experience in an office/church setting (preferred)A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithActive participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithJob DescriptionAssist the Program Director with:Day-to-day operations of the programData managementEnrollment coordinationCommunications with school personnel and familiesOther duties as assignedSystems & Support:Use Google WorkspaceNavigate a variety of websites and systems as neededParticipate in ongoing training as neededAttend the LifeWise SummitRepresent LifeWise at community events as applicableOther DutiesHelp with fundraising events as neededLifeWise Academy's hiring practices and EEO Statement are fully in compliance with both federal and state law.
