We are committed to design innovation and uncompromising performance standards The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within the organization to ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Responsiblities will include: Program Planning and Execution: Develop and manage program plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Maintain effective communication and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle. Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to track program performance. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status, issues, and achievements. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success. Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvem Job Requirements: Qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills. Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or Information Technology. Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or related role.
