Key Responsibilities: Welcome and check in customers for scheduled appointments in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers with scheduling same-day or future appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Verify that customers have all necessary documents and provide clear instructions when additional information is required. Process and review select customer applications for completeness and compliance with established guidelines. Respond to general inquiries regarding procedures, requirements, and available services. Provide support for other administrative tasks and projects as assigned. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
