The People Operations Intern will support the operations for the Engineering and Product Internship program, summer recruitment efforts, and also own a research project that will focus within the Early Careers space. This role goes beyond event coordination; you will assist in managing operational workflows, timelines, communications, and cross-team deliverables that ensure a seamless experience for the Engineering and Product interns across the full 10-week program lifecycle. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to program management, talent operations, and early-career strategy within an AI driven, digital consulting environment. The Pay Range for this position is $25-$28 per hour.
ResponsibilitiesInternship Program Operations & Project Management (60%)
Assist in onboarding coordination for Engineering and Product interns, including documentation tracking, orientation logistics, and Tech Week planning.
Support project management efforts for our Engineering and Product Challenge Project across the 10-week program, helping track timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder responsibilities.
Partner with the Intern Program Lead to identify operational risks, anticipate roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed.
Assist in tracking intern engagement and program metrics to support post-program reporting and analysis.
Help manage executive touchpoints, including leadership sessions, presentations, and intern showcases.
Event & Logistics Management
Coordinate and execute program events, including securing locations, room set-up, audio/visual needs, food and beverage, and materials.
Manage attendee lists, calendar invitations, and internal communications.
Prepare agendas, briefing documents, research, and presentation materials for leadership meetings and intern-facing events.
Organize and maintain documentation systems for easy archival and historical reference, including confidential files when appropriate.
Recruiting Support (30% of your time)
Partner with our Intern Program Lead to begin campus engagement for our Fall Recruitment cycle.
Research and find prospective students on LinkedIn.
Find campus events outside of the career fairs at targeted universities.
Find and help us engage with student groups on campuses.
Help plan and prepare for university virtual and in-person career fairs in the fall.
Strategy Special Projects (10% of your time)
You will be given a research topic to work on throughout the internship that aligns with your interests and the program's needs.

Interns receive training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from a dedicated member of the ECP team. This support includes introductory training as well as needed training throughout the summer. You will also be able to attend all of the leadership presentations, lunch and learns, and social events that the Engineering/Product internship program receives.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Graduate Student working towards a master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Economics, Business, Marketing, or other related degree
Great written and verbal communication skills
Experience in project management/event management and/or strong project management and operational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
Available to work 40 hours per week in office
Self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks
Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative and showcase curiosity, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Experience and proficient in Microsoft Office
Previous work experience, clubs, volunteerism or internships is a plus.
