This role involves close collaboration with other engineers to clarify project requirements and ensure successful project execution.Essential DutiesLead the development, building, and operation of Python applications.Collaborate with engineers across teams to define project requirements.Drive execution and ensure timely delivery of assigned projectsWorking Hours / Working Style8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CDT) or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CST).Working LocationPlano / Frisco Area, TXSalary / Benefit$39 – $50/ hrHolidaysThe holiday schedule follows the Japanese calendar and also includes major U.S. holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Python application development.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with U.S., Japan, and global team members.Preferred qualifications:Experience with at least one public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain).Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Japanese language skills.
