Vice President, Accounting & FinanceA rapidly expanding national organization is seeking an experienced Vice President of Accounting & Finance to lead and scale the company’s financial operations during a period of accelerated growth. This executive leadership role will work closely with senior management to strengthen financial strategy, improve operational performance, and build scalable infrastructure to support a multi-entity, fast-paced business environment.The ideal candidate combines strong strategic finance expertise with hands-on operational leadership and thrives in entrepreneurial, high-growth organizations. Experience supporting complex operations, multi-site environments, or service-based organizations is highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with executive leadership on financial strategy, forecasting, growth planning, and operational initiativesLead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processesDevelop and improve KPI reporting, dashboards, and financial analytics to support business decisionsOversee financial reporting, cash flow management, internal controls, and accounting operationsDrive process improvements across accounting, finance, and operational workflowsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and leadership teams to improve profitability and cost managementSupport system enhancements, ERP optimization, automation initiatives, and reporting efficienciesAssist with board reporting, lender relations, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiativesBuild scalable financial infrastructure to support continued organizational growthMentor and develop accounting and finance staff while fostering a high-performance cultureEnsure compliance with GAAP, audit requirements, and regulatory reporting standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field requiredCPA and/or MBA strongly preferred10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experienceExperience in high-growth, private equity-backed, venture-backed, or rapidly scaling organizations preferredStrong background in FP&A, operational finance, cash flow management, and financial reportingExperience partnering with executive leadership and operational teamsStrong ERP, financial systems, and analytics experienceProven ability to improve processes and scale financial operationsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environmentWhy Apply?Executive leadership opportunity with high visibility and strategic impactJoin a rapidly growing organization in expansion modeCollaborative and entrepreneurial cultureOpportunity to help build and modernize financial operationsCompetitive compensation, benefits, and long-term growth potential
