We specialize in trauma-informed treatment and whole-person wellness, supporting clients on their path to sustainable recovery.Role Description We are seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist with a strong specialization in trauma to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about deep, transformative work, thrives in a team-based setting, and brings both clinical rigor and creativity to treatment.Key Responsibilities* Provide individual and group therapy with a trauma-informed approach* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans* Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, medical providers, and other clinicians* Facilitate individual sessions and provide psychoeducation as needed* Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, master treatment plan updates, BPS, etc. * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings* Support a safe, ethical, and healing therapeutic environment Qualifications * Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)* Specialized training and experience in trauma modalities (e.g., EMDR, TF-CBT, ERP)* Minimum 3 + years of clinical experience (residential or higher level of care preferred)* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team* Creative, flexible, and client-centered approach to carePreferred* Experience in residential or integrative treatment settings* Familiarity with co-occurring disorders (substance use, mood disorders, personality disorders, thought disorders etc.)* Group facilitation experienceWhat We Offer* Competitive salary (based on experience)* Supportive, collaborative work culture* Opportunity to do meaningful, in-depth clinical work* Professional growth and development opportunities* Beautiful, healing-centered work environmentHow to Apply
