What You’ll Do:Inspect with Precision: Conduct thorough inspections on products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards. Audit Processes: Review and audit production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications. Report & Document: Accurately document audit results, defects, and corrective actions in quality logs and reports. Problem Solving: Identify quality issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions. Support Production Goals: Assist the assembly team in meeting production targets while ensuring the highest quality output. Maintain Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance throughout the quality control process. Communicate Effectively: Work closely with production teams to communicate any issues and suggest improvements for quality assurance. What We’re Looking For:Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for catching defects and ensuring high-quality standards. Experience in Quality Auditing: Prior experience in quality control or auditing in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus. Problem Solver: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions to maintain quality standards. Team-Oriented: Work well in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with other departments. Organized & Efficient: Able to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and complete work accurately in a fast-paced setting.
