Stocker / Cashier

Job Overview Big Foot Liquors is looking for a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team. This role involves handling customer transactions, maintaining a clean work environment, and keeping products stocked and organized. Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide excellent service. Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Assist in cleaning the store, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash. Restock and organize shelves, coolers, and displays. Monitor product levels and notify management when supplies are low. Follow all store policies and procedures, including alcohol and tobacco sales compliance. Assist with other duties as needed to keep the store running smoothly. Qualifications: Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required. Must be 18 years or older (due to alcohol/tobacco sales laws). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Compensation: 12$ per hour. Employee discounts available.
