Apply via Dice today!Title ; Enterprise Applications Portfolio Manager Worcester MA – Onsite (5days /week)strong salesforce expneed some ERP experience [ any ]full timeThe Enterprise Applications Portfolio Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, administering, optimizing, and continuously improving Greenwood Industries’ application portfolio across Salesforce, NetSuite, Dayforce, Procore and other related applications critical to business operations.This role will ensure applications meet business needs, are effectively integrated, and optimized for performance, security, and scalability. The position will collaborate with various business units to drive successful application strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, the role ensures the platform operates as the central system of record for the organization, and manage system configurations, user access, data governance, and enhancements while working closely with sales, service operations, production, field teams, HR, Accounting, and executive stakeholders to align capabilities with business objectives.As Greenwood Industries continues to grow through acquisitions and national expansion, this role will play a critical part in ensuring newly integrated branches adopt standardized processes, workflows, and reporting structures. The position will support scalable system architecture, user adoption, and operational visibility across all divisions.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication AdministrationAdminister and maintain enterprise applications including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security controlsConfigure and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automationsMaintain system reliability, performance, and configuration standardsSupport ongoing system improvements and ensure alignment with best practicesManage sandbox environments and support controlled testing and release managementBusiness Operations SupportAdminister and maintain applications to support lead to quote, order to cash, design to build, procure to pay, record to report, and hire to exit.Ensure workflows align with established processes and reporting standardsSupport leadership with dashboards, forecasting visibility, and analyticsMaintain data integrity across all master data elements and transaction dataSupport adoption of standard business processesReporting, Dashboards & Performance VisibilityWork with Data Engineer to develop and maintain dashboards and reports supporting KPIs across business functionsProvide executive-level reporting visibility for all prospect/customer, operational, and financial outcomesSupport leadership teams with data analysis and reporting that informs operational and strategic decision-makingMaintain standardized reporting structures across regions and branchesData Governance & System IntegrityEnsures data quality through routine audits, validation rules, and data governance best practicesImplement deduplication processes and maintain clean data across all master data and transactional attributesMonitor system usage and data entry standards to ensure accurate reporting and forecastingEstablish standards for documentation and workflow compliance across all teamsSystem Integrations & Technology CoordinationEvaluate, configure, and maintain integrations between internal and external applicationsCollaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors on system architecture and integration strategyMaintain add-on applications and ensure compatibility with system upgradesUser Training & AdoptionProvide end-user support across the organization for Salesforce functionality and troubleshootingDevelop documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources for new CRM usersConduct training sessions for sales teams, service teams, and administrative staffPromote consistent system adoption and ensure users understand established processes and workflowsContinuous Improvement & Platform EvolutionEvaluate SaaS application releases, new features, and platform updates to identify improvement opportunitiesRecommend enhancements that improve efficiency, visibility, and operational performancePartner with leadership to align capabilities with evolving business processes and company growth initiativesSupport system scalability as Greenwood Industries expands into new regions and integrates newly acquired companiesQualificationsApplication management experienceSalesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201)3+ years of Salesforce administration experienceHands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service (FSL)Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, automation tools, and reporting capabilitiesExperience supporting mobile field service operations and dispatch workflowsExperience with production and construction process, estimating and bidding processes, and percent complete accountingHands on experience with SaaS ERP solutions, preferably NetSuiteExperience with Human Capital Management solutions, preferably DayforceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience translating business requirements into technical solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentPreferred QualificationsSalesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Field Service Consultant certificationExperience managing system integrations, middleware, or API-based connectionsExperience supporting field service-driven industries such as construction, building services, utilities, or manufacturingExperience implementing SaaS platforms during company growth or system migrationsExperience developing training materials and leading system adoption initiativesAbility to manage third-party integrators and support organizationsWeighted KPIs (100%)System uptime & platform reliability – 20%Adoption & user engagement – 20%Data quality & governance standards – 15%Business reporting accuracy – 15%Operational efficiency/productivity improvements – 15%Successful system enhancements & integrations – 15%
