Overview Pinnacle Structural Development LLC is seeking motivated and dependable Residential Framers to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, learn quickly, and are ready to build high-quality residential homes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Frame residential homes according to plans and specifications. Measure, cut, and install lumber accurately. Safely operate framing nail guns, circular saws, hand saws, and other carpentry tools. Read and use a tape measure with precision. Follow layout measurements and ensure quality workmanship. Work efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized job site. Load, unload, and handle framing materials. Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members. Qualifications Previous residential framing experience is preferred. Ability to operate framing nail guns and common carpentry tools. Experience using circular saws, hand saws, speed squares, and tape measures. Knowledge of lumber sizes, framing materials, and construction methods. Ability to read basic framing layouts and construction drawings is a plus. Strong work ethic with the willingness to learn and improve. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day. Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
