Process Engineer

A growing and well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Process Engineer to support plant operations through hands-on troubleshooting, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. This Process Engineer will spend significant time on the manufacturing floor partnering with operators, maintenance, and plant leadership to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive improvements from concept through execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work across all levels of an organization and has a strong background in manufacturing, lean principles, process safety, and capital projects.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree.4+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing/industrial facilityHands-on experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvementExperience with equipment/process design, capital projects, and facility improvementsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process safety principlesStrong communication skills and ability to work closely with operators, maintenance, and plant leadership
