About the CompanyWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Customer Data Management and Enterprise Integrations to lead critical initiatives that enhance data quality, system performance, and cross platform connectivity. This role ensures that high impact projects are delivered on time, aligned with business needs, and executed with technical rigor.About the RoleYou will guide project teams, manage risks, and drive visibility for leadership while proactively ensuring all dependencies and requirements are clearly defined and executed. The position plays a key role in enabling efficiency across systems including Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, ADP, JDEdwards, and related applications.ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute detailed project plans for customer data management initiatives and technical enhancement projectsLead daily standups and team check ins to track progress and maintain accountabilityTrack and report project status, milestones, and risks to leadership and project stakeholdersProactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and critical escalationsServe as the primary liaison between development teams, project managers, and business partners to ensure priorities remain alignedDrive the technical development intake process by maintaining and prioritizing the backlog with stakeholdersCollaborate with cross functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to align timelines and deliverablesOwn test management and implementation planning for major system enhancements, integrations, or go live activitiesQualifications5 or more years of experience in project management within technology, data management, or enterprise applicationsStrong technical understanding of databases, data analytics, integration technologies, and data management conceptsExperience with enterprise applications including Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, ADP, JDEdwards, and EPayFamiliarity with integration platforms such as Microsoft Azure and BoomiAbility to manage complex technical dependencies while coordinating across multiple teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsStrong organizational abilities with a proactive approach to problem solvingAdaptability in fast paced environments with shifting prioritiesProject management experienceTechnical understanding of data managementStrong communication skillsExperience with Oracle Fusion and SalesforceFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure and BoomiWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
