Sr DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an exceptional developer to use creative thinking and raw innovation to drive the development of many aspects of our platform.Responsibility:Manage ourinfrastructure and scaling activities.Drive the team in improving theoperational efficiency for all services and hands-on experience and willing tomake hand dirty on day today basis.Reduce service performance bottlenecks byconducting analysis, recommend / implement scopes of modifications.Trustedfor the health of system hardware infrastructure and perform troubleshooting ofapplications and infrastructure issues to minimize the impact on the liveproduction environment.Automate and maintain our continuous deliverypipeline for consistent software releases with zero downtime (through buildprocess, packaging, testing and automatic deployment)Contributes tostrategic planning meetings and provides guidance and expertise on alternateoptions, risk, cost vs.benefits, and impact on business goals.Creates andshares development estimates and operational requirements to enable accurateplanning.Qualifications:Skills8+ years of work experience inproduct development in a large enterprise. This includes demonstrated ability inthe following areas:• Experience in software development withcontinuous Integration and deliveryShould have detailed understanding ofAWS such as EC2 (servers), S3 (storage), Route 53 (DNS), VPC (networking,virtual private cloud), RDS, DynamoDB, IAM (Identity and Access Management), andLambda.1. Experience understanding for Shell Programming or pythonProgramming for automation.Good understanding and expert level of knowledgeof Linux.Detailed understanding of relational Database like Mysql and nonrelational database like MongoDB, InfiniDB.User Level Understanding of Solr,Solr Cloud and Lucene.2. Hands on experience with building continuousdelivery pipeline using Puppet, Chef or Dockers.1. Hands on experienceworking with production build and release environmentFamiliarity withsystems and IT operations.Experience with source code management, bugtracking, virtual machine environments.Done deployment in PHP, JAVA andJ2EEMinimum Experience• Btech/MS/MCA/MTech• 5+years of relevant work experience in developing and delivering software usingAgile models• 3+ years of experience working in enabling products forcontinuous delivery
