That's two pipelines. That's your territory.About The RoleYou will be the first dedicated seller on Edge Cognara. You'll build the playbook from scratch and own the full sales motion — in exchange for a title, compensation, and equity stake that no equivalent role at a scaled company offers. You'll report directly to the CEO.What you'll own:Full sales cycle — first outreach to signed contract — for AI labs and enterprise AI buyersPipeline targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 AI labs and Fortune 500 enterprise AI teams running RLHF, evals, and agent training programsDirect partnership with the CEO on ICP definition, pricing, and go-to-market positioning — your read on the market shapes our decisionsRelationships with investors, VC associates, and researchers who influence buying decisions at frontier labsRepresentation at AI conferences, research summits, and industry eventsThe sales playbook — documented, tested, and ready for the next hireWhat you'll need:5+ years in enterprise or strategic sales; at least 2 years selling directly into AI labs, research organizations, or AI infrastructure buyersExisting relationships at priority accounts — AI labs, frontier model teams, or enterprise AI organizations actively running post-training or evals programsTrack record of closing 6-figure+ contracts in a technical or emerging product categoryEnough fluency in AI/ML to hold credibility in the room: RLHF, post-training, model evaluation, reinforcement learning — you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to keep the room's respectA bias toward hunting and building, not maintaining existing accountsWhat makes you stand out:Warm contacts at two or more priority AI lab or enterprise AI accounts right nowExperience as a first or second seller at a startup — you've seen what zero-to-one actually requiresA network among AI researchers, ML engineers, or technical buyers that is active and trusts your judgmentYou've chosen early-stage before because the upside felt more real than the safety of scaleWhy EdgeAt Edge, you will have the opportunity to own a core growth channel and directly impact company revenue.
