Training Coordinator
Title: Training Coordinator | Medical Education Specialist - IIILocation: Hybrid position—must be onsite M, T, W—Arbor Lakes, MNDuration: 3-month W2 contract with high possibility of extension based on performance and business needs Pay Range: ~$22 to $28/Hour on W2Shift schedule: 8AM to 4PM EST About the role: This individual will assist in the coordination and operational support of educational programs and tools to support customer-facing Medical Education for BSC Coronary Therapies customers. Responsibilities will include:Coordinates the planning and delivery of Medical Education customer training or research programs including in-person, virtual, observation, live broadcast, local dinner programs. Includes communication with customers to coordinate logistics for their participation in the event (e.g., hotel, transportation, schedule). Includes management of all aspects of registration including invitations, travel, and hotel accommodations to ensure that logistics are effectively managed for all participants and faculty.Complete, track, and archive documentation for compliance (including all contract requests, service requests, event requests, HCP spend reporting), HCP payments, vendor payments, and internal requirements.Possesses technical aptitude and basic knowledge of BSC interventional cardiology products and systems.Acquires, maintains, and transports equipment used for hands-on customer training and education is present and functional at Med Ed programs as well as national symposia.Attends events to ensure that details associated with hands-on equipment, participants, lodging, faculty, and agendas are attended to and that problems are corrected.Works closely with Medical Education Strategists, Medical/Scientific Affairs to develop and execute programs and ensure compliance in all our training processes. Required qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required.4+ years of experience in event management and/or conducting training programsStrong project management and organization skills, including expense management and reportingMust be able to work autonomously on multiple projects at one timeStrong communicator and collaboratorComfortable developing and maintaining relationships with physician customers and field repsContribute to the development of new processes and adjust practices as needed to meet business or team needsExperience with training in the medical device industry or other highly regulated environmentsTechnical aptitude and ability to think strategically with appetite for innovation and continuous learningAbility to travel up to 20% Preferred qualifications:Knowledge of MS Office Suite, SalesForce.com, Concur, CVENT or similar event management softwareKnowledge of Interventional Cardiology products
