For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Full-stack Forward Deployed Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.This role will sit at the intersection of software engineering, client delivery, and AI-enabled solution development, with a strong emphasis on building production-ready applications quickly. You will partner with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into scalable full-stack architectures that support real-time, low-latency experiences.The position calls for hands-on ownership of frontend and backend development, along with the ability to prototype and deploy modern AI-driven workflows in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will help shape enterprise solutions that improve performance, accelerate delivery, and move from concept to production efficiently.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $143,640 – $273,000 annuallyResponsibilities Build modern frontend interfaces with responsive designs using popular JavaScript frameworks. Develop backend APIs and data pipelines to integrate with advanced language models. Rapidly prototype MVPs ready for production in an agile lab environment. Enhance application performance across distributed systems for low-latency operation. Design and deploy multi-agent orchestration frameworks for enterprise workflows. Resolve challenges related to LLM API optimization and token management. Engage directly with clients to transform business needs into scalable architectures.Qualifications 4+ years in software engineering with expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript. Hands-on experience with application development using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen. Competency in building responsive frontends with React, Angular, or Vue, focusing on real-time data. Proficient in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and vector databases.
