Graph Data Engineer / SPARQL Developer

Job Summary (List Format):Utilize SPARQL, RDF, OWL, and other semantic web technologies for data modeling and querying.Develop and manage graph databases such as Stardog or Neo4j.Process and visualize data using SQL, Python, and JavaScript.Work with EXFO Ontology (PRONTO) preferred, but not mandatory if strong in SPARQL, RDF, OWL, and graph databases.Apply domain knowledge of telecom network architecture, including service fulfillment (provisioning and activation).Integrate with OSS/BSS systems, CMDB, and network inventory tools.Work with event-driven and real-time data architectures using Kafka and REST APIs.Design and develop APIs using SPARQL and Python.Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.Hold a graduation degree or higher.Demonstrate general managerial skills as needed.
